Once you’ve selected your banner options and completed checkout, we’ll email a form to the address provided. Fill out the form with your banner details, including design preferences and any specific requests.

|  Design & Proofing  |

After receiving your completed form, your digital proof will be ready within  1-2 business days. Need it faster? Rush orders are available for an additional $25, with proof prepared in  1 business day.

|  Revisions & Finalization  |

You’ll have up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure the banner design meets your vision. However, please note that the longer the revision process takes, the more it may delay your production and shipping timeline.

|  Production & Delivery  |

Once the final design is approved, your banner will be printed, assembled with the stand, and packaged with a carrying bag. It will be ready for  pickup or shipping within 1-2 business days  after approval.

Project Turnaround Time

All project turnaround times may be extended during high-volume periods and holidays. Turnaround time begins the  next business day  after your order is placed. For example, if you submit your order on Tuesday morning, the turnaround time officially starts on  Wednesday at 9:30 AM.

• Design & Proofing:  Digital proofs for the  Retractable Banner + Stand  are typically ready within  1-2 business days  after we receive your completed form.
• Production & Delivery:  Once you approve the final design, production and delivery take an additional  1-2 business days. Please note that extended revision periods may affect the overall turnaround time.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our design services,  refunds are not available. Once work begins—such as creating proofs or starting design labor—no refunds will be provided. If you are not satisfied with the design, we will make reasonable revisions to meet your expectations. However, fees for labor already performed are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel the project, your payment will serve as a  cancellation fee.

Inactivity and Restart Policy

If we do not receive communication from you for  30 days, a  $50 restart fee  will be required to resume the project. If there is no communication for  more than 45 days, the project will be  forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are  final  once an order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our services, orders cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.

Accuracy of Content

We rely on the information you provide through forms and emails.  We are not responsible for typos, spelling errors, or missing information. Please carefully review all content before approving the final design. Once a design is approved, it will be considered final, and no further corrections can be made.

Right to Decline Projects

We reserve the right to  decline any project  at any time, with or without explanation.

Revision Policy

• 3 Revisions Included:  Each project includes  up to 3 rounds of revisions  for the design.
• Additional Revisions:  If you request more revisions beyond what is included, additional fees will apply.
• Revision Timeline:  Revisions are handled in the order received and can take  1-3 business days  depending on project volume.

Please be aware that longer revision periods may delay the overall production and delivery schedule.

Once you approve the final proof, the project is marked  completed, and no further changes can be made.
