Once you’ve selected your logo package and completed checkout, a form will be emailed to the address you provided. Fill out the form with your project details to help us capture your vision.

After receiving your completed form, we’ll begin creating your logo. Your first digital proof will be emailed within 3-4 business days. Need it faster? Rush orders are available for an additional $50, with a proof sent within 1-2 business days.

|  Revisions & Finalization  |

You’ll have the opportunity to review your proof and request up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure the logo perfectly aligns with your brand vision.

|  Delivery  |

Once the final design is approved, we’ll deliver your logo files in multiple formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, and vector) within 1 business day. These files will be ready for both print and digital use, ensuring your brand looks great everywhere.

• Once the design is finalized, we’ll provide the logo files in JPG and PNG formats. If you need a PDF, just let us know at no extra charge.

• If you require a scalable vector version for print or other uses, we offer this for an additional $100.

• Choose between a clean, text-based design or a more illustrative, graphic-based logo.

• Want both a text and graphic version? You can add an extra logo variation to your package for just $60.

This service ensures you receive a logo tailored to your business needs, with flexible options and professional results, ready for both online and offline use.

Project Turnaround Time

All project turnaround times may be extended during high-volume periods and holidays. Turnaround time starts the  next business day  after your order is placed. For example, if you submit your order on Tuesday morning, the turnaround time will officially begin on  Wednesday at 9:30 AM. Standard turnaround for logo design is 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our design services,  refunds are not available. Once work begins—such as issuing proofs or starting design labor—no refunds will be provided. If you are not satisfied with the design, we will make reasonable revisions to meet your expectations. However, fees for the labor already performed are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel the project, your payment will be applied as a  cancellation fee.

Inactivity and Restart Policy

If we do not receive communication from you for  30 days, the project will require a  $50 restart fee  to resume. If there is no communication for  more than 45 days, the project will be  forfeited  with no refund issued.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are  final  once an order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our services, orders cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.

Accuracy of Content

We rely on the information provided by you through forms and emails.  We are not responsible for typos, spelling errors, or missing information. Please carefully review all content before approving the final design. Once a design is approved, it will be considered final, and no further corrections will be made.

Right to Decline Projects

We reserve the right to  decline any project  at any time, with or without explanation.

Revision Policy

• 3 Revisions Included:  Each project includes  up to 3 rounds of revisions  for the selected design.
• Additional Revisions:  If further revisions are requested beyond what is included, they will incur an additional fee.
• Revision Timeline:  Revisions are handled in the order received and can take  1-3 business days  depending on project volume.

Once you approve the final proof, the project is marked  completed  and no further changes will be made.
